App Store Purchases

All purchases made through the App Store are managed directly by Apple. As the developer, we do not have access to your payment information or the ability to issue refunds ourselves.

If you would like to request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Go to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Locate the purchase in question.
4. Select “Report a Problem” and choose the appropriate reason for your refund request.
5. Submit your request. Apple will review and process it according to their policies.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are handled entirely at Apple’s discretion. In general, you may be eligible for a refund if:

• The app did not function as described.
• The purchase was accidental.
• You experienced technical issues that could not be resolved.

Please note that Apple typically does not offer refunds for in-app purchases that have already been consumed (e.g., used features or credits).
